With the maturity and extensive application of computer, finite element analysis and virtual test technology, the developed countries such as Europe and America have already carried out the virtual simulation test project, and achieved very good results. The thermal analysis software has been fully developed, there are FLOTHERM, FloEFD, CFDesign, SINDA/G, TMG and ICEPAK thermal analysis software, this software is a common commercial software, a solver is efficient and accurate, but does not provide the industry standards and norms.

Therefore, the development of a "virtual thermal environment laboratory" to simulate the space thermal environment test can solve the following problems:

1) The system can realize the digital simulation test, so as to reduce the labor intensity of the test personnel, improve test efficiency and reduce test cost, reduce test risk, shorten the test cycle.

2) Providing a virtual thermal environment test in accordance with the thermal environment physics experiment process, so that the test personnel can also operate the thermal analysis software;

3) Through the data interface with the test system, the simulation and test data comparison function can be achieved, which can guide the experiment from the simulation analysis and improve the accuracy of the simulation analysis from the experiment.
